1. General Terms

Welcome to the official online boutique of Aisraa Zaris & Silks. By browsing and shopping on this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Product Accuracy & Digital Display

We make every effort to display the colors, weaving textures, and details of our premium sarees as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor screen resolution, brightness settings, and digital photography lighting. A slight variation of 5-10% in color hue is normal and does not qualify as a product defect or ground for free returns.

3. Exclusivity & Single-Quantity Inventory

Many of our pure silk and handloom sarees are exclusive, single-quantity inventory items. Once an order is completed, that exact piece is sold out and cannot be restocked or replaced. In rare events of simultaneous checkouts resulting in overselling, Aisraa Zaris & Silks reserves the right to prioritize the first successful checkout and refund any subsequent orders immediately.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST (where applicable) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed due to typographical pricing errors or system glitches. Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment partners.

5. International Shipping & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside of India, the customer is considered the importer of record. Any customs duties, import clearance fees, local VAT, or destination country taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the courier agent upon delivery. Aisraa Zaris & Silks is not liable for packages delayed or returned due to unpaid import duties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aisraa Zaris & Silks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website, or from products purchased through this platform.
