Cancellation Policy

At Aisraa Zaris & Silks, we take pride in our handloom heritage and craftsmanship. Since most of our collections are unique, single-piece hand-woven creations, order cancellations are only permitted under the following conditions:

• Pre-Shipment Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped by emailing us at hello@aisraa.com
• Deduction: A payment gateway transaction charge of 2.5% will be deducted from the total order amount before issuing the refund.
• Post-Shipment Cancellation: Once an order is processed, custom additions are initiated (such as fall, pico, or blouse stitching), or the package is in transit, the order cannot be cancelled.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following guidelines:

• Eligible Criteria: Returns/exchanges are strictly accepted only for genuine manufacturing/quality defects, damage during transit, or wrong items sent.
• Original Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags/labels attached, and folds intact. Any saree returned with signs of wear, scent (perfume/deodorant), or disrupted folds will not be accepted.
• Handloom Irregularities: Saree weaving irregularities, minor floats, or dye variations are characteristic of handloom products and are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Customizations: Products with customization requests (e.g. blouse stitching, customized fall/pico service) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

IMPORTANT: To claim a refund or exchange for transit damage, missing items, or wrong products, customers are required to record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened. The label and all sides of the box/bag must be visible in the video before opening.

Refund Process

Once your return package is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
